Went to get a camera for my daughter's b-day. All the inexpensive cameras mysteriously ""weren't charged the night before."" (i.e. we don't care about our low end customers)
Found one she wanted and told them they had the same one for cheaper at Costco. After, and I am not exaggerating, 20 minutes they checked and confirmed what I told them. Then the manager told me they would add the shipping cost so the price would be the same as theirs, therefore, no discount. I explained that I had seen the price at the Costco and not online, but the manager cooly told me too bad.
Fine, so I went back to Costco and got the camera with a case and 2GB memory stick included.
Lesson to be learned: unless you like the demeaning thrill of being jerked around, go straight to another store and avoid the EMPTY PROMISES Fry's baits people with.
