i am a very dis -organized person so when i had to book my move i booked it by mistake to Saturday (the 15th) instead of Friday (the 14th). i was already cursing myself mentally but then i called cube's management staff early in the morning of Friday and told them what my mistake was and surprisingly they totally helped me out and booked me for Friday with no extra charge! their guys arrived on time and made packing and unpacking all my things very simple and easy! i was very thankful and very impressed. it felt like cube moving was actually trying to help and not just get more and more money out of me! I'll definitely use them in my next move!
