I had called around several BMW type repair shops... Rocco at Precision Motorworks was the first guy who didn't talk to me like a dumb woman, it was almost like I was a friend of the family asking him for advice. Both Rocco and I think Karl? Had me and my daughter at ease with a genuine ""Hello"" as we entered the shop. I'm so glad I now have a new place to bring my car in for work, instead of waiting on someone at the dealer to find the time to call me back!!!
