I walked into this jewelry store after I saw their reviews online. Unless they've completely changed their staff my experience and the comments didn't match. First of all, I was greeted a sloppy poorly groomed asian woman who scared me when she popped up from under the counter. After I told her to give me a minute because i was just looking, she continued to pull stuff out and ask me a million questions. After 10 minutes or so of her talking she let me know that she was the store owner, YEAH, I was shocked. After I shook her off, she quickly sent a gentleman over to me and said, ""i dont know, you try"". To my surprise the gentleman was very nice, his name was Roger, he was very calm and profesional. He was very nice and offered to clean my jewelry, something that the ""owner"" didnt offer to do. He showed me some pieces very nicely and not pushy at all. My enjoyment was short lived when once again the lady was back to talk my ear off some more about how she designed all the jewelry and how she loved my style. She didn't even know me, how does she know my style!!! Aside from the lady's disheveled look, and boring endless chatter, i was quite impressed by the knowledge and profesionalism of that young man. I will probably be back to buy a beautiful opal ring they have, but I will defenitely avoid that woman.
