I just bought a new Subaru Outback and was very pleased with the entire process. I first went into Berterra in March and I gave Bill my contact information. He did call periodically, but he was not pushy on the phone. I was ready to buy in July and came in to meet with Bill again. He answered every question. He worked with me on price and gave me a fair trade in for my car. The business manager Tom was also very nice and answered every question. I am very pleased with the car and with the service that I received at Berterra. I highly recommend them.
