My computer has been having all kinds of trouble to the point where I could not pull up any of my applications. I bring my laptop to them and after their ""diagnostic"" I'm told I need a full overhaul of my laptop. I come back after about a month of them having it to pick it up.
Since then I have been back and forth at least 5 times with either the same problems or new problems after they claimed they fixed it. I even get argued with and talk down to about a problem with my sound that I did not have when I brought the laptop in the first place.
It is still crashing, checking disks, freezing, (all the things I complained about from inception) all of a sudden I need a new hard drive. Their service is AWFUL. I am still dealing with them about this laptop. I'm even writing this from my ITouch because my laptop crashed 3 times today alone.
I will NEVER refer this place if it was the last repair place in NYC. I will buy a MAC and lifetime warranty before I ever go back to this place.
