I was very impressed w/Len and his knowledge of all the different types of carpet and rugs in my home. He was very patient and took the time to educate me as well so I can deal w/future pet stains and spills correctly w/out causing damage to my carpet. I appreciate him taking his time with the job and answering any questions. I am very pleased with his service and will use him in the future.
