My wife and I were looking for a new car for her, since she will have a long commute, and we wanted something safe in all weather, so Subaru was my first choice. We went to Bertera Subaru since they have been around for a long time, and I've known of them since I was going to high school at West Side High. We were meet by Jarrod who is very friendly, professional and, which is important, not at all pushy. Even tho he just recently started there, he was able to answer, or get the answer to any and all questions we had about the inventory, details about the car, and everything else poured upon him. I would highly recommend Jarrod since I feel he actually cares about you and your purchase of a vehicle. He knew our financial capabilities and didn't push us into a vehicle that he knew we couldn't afford (even tho I love the legacy GT) Jarrod followed up a couple times to see how we liked the car we got (2011 Legacy) and the car is fantastic! Smooth ride, comfortable, sporty, better gas mileage than a chevy cobalt. A great car indeed!
We have yet to have our new car serviced, so I will not comment on their service department.
BUT! I am very happy with Bertera Subaru and I will definatly return there when I am looking for a replacement vehicle.
