I have been active with my homeowner's association board since 2005 and we have worked with Gittleman since the property's inception of that year. Gittleman has effectively managed our 197 unit property since day 1. They have helped us collect dues, enforce rules & regulations, compile our budget, and plan for big expenditures through reserve studies. Overall, most homeowners are very satisfied with their service. Of course, the experience can completely depend on the property manager - who in our case is stellar. My experience is that when there is an issue, most of the time it is a homeowner in violation of the rules and regulations. Gittleman has years of experience and expertise at managing properties of all types. I would definitely recommend their services.
