It takes a lot of work to get the end result you want. I searched carefully before I chose this florist. I read a lot of reviews & saw about 5 florist before deciding to go with Design by Ahn. Me and my husbands met with her a several times with pictures on hand and had detailed discussions of what we our expectations where. We wanted a rustic garden feeling for center piece & I also indicated that I am not fond of roses. We discussed having a wheat grass display at the entrance of the reception table for guest to find their table number. Me & my husband came to her to see the centerpieces. The centerpieces was nothing like what I wanted & it had many roses. With some revisions we finally got the center pieces to our liking. We also consulted her with the size of the reception card since she was making the wheat grass display. She said that she will do the place cards for us. We keep inquiring if she was going to make it & she said that she will do it. I sent her the guest list & also called to confirm, she said that she received the list. On the day of the wedding there was no place card, missing flower girl basket & smaller than expected entrance arrangement at the reception table. On the night before the wedding the flowers that I wanted for my bridal bouquet was not available & her alternative flower arrangement was not what I wanted. I had to scramble for a images of a substitute bouquet. It was a stressful day but she was willing to make the proper adjustments to achieve what I wanted.
