Beware of On Point which really is Country Wide Lending.
They are ruthless sharks. I got sick and got a few months behind on my mortage and they gave me no options and forclosed. They did this because I had a large amount of equity and they made about $200,000 profit in the sale of my home. Now I'm homeless and they made a profit doing it. They could have worked with me and gave me options. I was five years away from paying this house off.
