This was my first and last time ever to use Raintree Pet Resort! First off, take a tour of the facility, the place looks like a pound and smells like one too. When we dropped our dog off they put him in his cement room with no bedding and other barking dogs all around. We called the second day to check in on him and they told us he was doing great! We asked if he was barking(which we know he does) and they said no. When we picked him up after a 3 night stay he had no voice left from all the barking he must have been doing and had 2 large sores on his lips. When we asked them about the wounds they responded that they hadnt seen anything and that they look over the dogs every time they take them out of their cages. We sent them photos and asked them to explain the wounds and they had no answer and tried to say he probably already had the wounds before he arrived!! And they tried to insist that he had a great stay which we could see by the photo they gave us at check out, which was a picture of our dogs rear end and you couldn't see his face and could hardly tell if it was even him!! I think they have far too many animals and not enough staff to provide proper care. The manager was unhelpful and unapologetic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
