i have been a long time client of gvh (over ten years) and this last experience proved to me that loyalty earns you nothing! i will say they did take in my hannibal AFTER i was crying and sobbing on the phone woth them....however....they didnt look at him til the next day anyway. which was fine. i just wanted him there in case something went wrong thru the night. but instead of them offering that i bring him and drop him off as my first option jonathin gave me numbers of other places to take him. which i found out i should have. then after them charging 450 (which i wouldve paid regardless as we are talking about a family pet) i told them trhat i couldnt leave work again and had to keep hannibal there anothet night. after putting me on hold to actually ASK if that was ok - they added insult to injury and charged me another $40! as if my experience with practically having to beg them to look at him they needed that last $40 to top things off. after ten plus years of going there youd think that would help you out. NO money is more important. even after complaining i was not offered any type of resolution shown any interest to keep my business. when i just spent $2000 there in june they loved me. there are other hospitals in town. do not go to these money hungry mongrels
