If there was a way to submit a ZERO or a NEGATIVE rating I would have.
We rented a 17ft truck for 20 hours from this place and less than a day before the pick up we get an e-mail that our reservation has been moved to Monroeville (25 miles from our place one way)!! When we called this guy he said though he has trucks HE WILL NOT give us a truck (keep in mind the uhaul website showed availability for the same time and date we needed the truck) and just like that canceled the reservation. NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE. My husband and I had to cancel all our meetings and were talking to different people in uhaul corporate and still no help!
The guy was very RUDE. In addition to moving our reservation to a place 25 miles away from where we live he said he has trucks but WILL NOT rent it to us. Extremely unprofessional.
We have logged a complaint against this location with u-haul. Their franchise should be revoked
