Spent over $10,000 with this company between furniture and electronics. Paid off a $3000 television on time never missing a payment. During the 18 months same as cash period, my RC Willey credit card expired. Instead of them sending me an updated card, they let it run out. Went back in for another purchase ($1500) and was told I had to reapply. Credit was not approved. I explained what the credit situation was (due to a car accident, I was suing the other party and had attorney liens for dr. payments). They couldn't care less about customer loyalty! I left the store, went to Best Buy, found a better tv cheaper, paid cash and left! I will NEVER go back to RC Willey!!!!
