Never ever purchase any kind of flooring products from RC Willey. I decided to use their flooring department to tile my living area and install hardwood in a small section of the family room. It's a decision I wish I had never made. The quality of the products were deplorable and the installation was even worse! However, I would never have imagined that the customer service and the store management support and response to the situation would be far, far worse than the materials and the installation. I have been a customer of RC Willey for many years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in their Summerlin, NV store. Generally, I have been very pleased with my purchases and the sales associates I worked with in the past. However, these patently incompetent flooring department ""professionals"", in concert with the store manager at the Summerlin store, are the notable exceptions. They proved to be a serious waste of my time and hard earned money. On top of all the aggravation, disregard and disrespect they put me through after complaining about all the issues, which by the way has never been resolved, I've been requesting to receive copies of my invoices showing all the adjustments that should have been done after my original order, over and over again. They kept saying they will have them next time, or they will be mailing them to me, bla bla bla, bla bla bla..... As of today, I still have not received them, even after requesting them directly from the store manager. I even asked the store manager to print them and have them ready in the store, so I can go and pick them up myself. Still nothing! this has been going on for few months. If this store manager treats a client who has spent over $60,000 throughout 3 to 4 years in his store, I cannot imagine how he has treated or is going to treat other customers who have reached out to him or will be reaching out to him in order to resolve issues they may come across with their purchases. RC Willey has two very important Mission Statements and it's all over their stores. It's about how they listen to their customers - ""Every RC Willey team member contributes to a positive and memorable customer experience"" - ""Their professionals work tirelessly to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with their experience and purchases "" - "" They will do everything in their power to make it right"" Obviously, the flooring department and the store manager at this branch, have not read their Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed Statements, or just decided they don't want to embrace them. Perhaps they would be better served working for RC Willey competitors? RC Willey certainly would be better off! Just a suggestion! more

RC Willey Poor Furniture & Service 9/13/2012

I was a first time customer purchasing two sets of furniture totaling close to $1500. Both sets came with defects. The second delivery was to fix one of the sets. The third delivery brought another defective set. They did not honor the 14 days warranty by saying if there are any other damages, we won't take it back. One of the damage was due to their delivery guy wiping a stain and the paint came off. I hadn't wiped the furniture yet but said take it back...since I was concerned if I wiped, more paint would come off and I wouldn't be able to return. Management didn't appear to care...no phone calls from management apologizing or anything. Next time, I go to a major department store furniture dept. or American Furniture...where they really bend backwards to give you both a good deal and have better customer service. more

I'm pleased to know that at least other customer have not been screwed like I was. \r ****~~~~~~ DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE~~~~~~****** BUYER BEWARE. \r \r Long story short... I purchased a SONY TV in April 2011, bought the RC Willey insurance since our Sales Rep was very helpful (at least I taught) to explain how if anything, absolutely ANYTHING, was wrong with the TV for the next five years all I had to do was bring it back and they would either give me a replacement or my money back. Well it did not work quite like that. After 10 months the TV started to turn on and off on its own, nobody even touching the remote. Finally decided to call them in April 2012, they were sure to send a Local TV service to repair it... Unfortunately things have not been that simple its already August 2012 the tech has been to my house about 6-7 times, they have taken the TV about 5 times and everytime they do something different, at least they say they do, I have called RC Willey about 10 times spoke to managers service reps, headquartes and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. My TV its still unbearable to watch, everytime they bring it back its even worse. RC Willey has not been helpful AT ALL, nor they care to be. The TV cost me $2300.00 and it hasn't even been more than 18 months since I purchased it and I can't watch it. Everytime I call the Techs or RC Willey they give me a different story. When questioned about this so called Amazing Warranty Program all they can say its I'm sorry you were misled instead of trying to train their sales rep better. In their website they guarantee ""Statisfaction"" and a so called ""NO Lemon Guarantee"" unforunately I have not receive either one of them. \r \r I guess not that short after all~~~~ :) more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS RC WILLEY!!! I had a fantastic salesperson who went above and beyond the call of duty. However, when it came to their delivery people, damaged furniture, and inadequate/inept furniture technician, I am at my witts end and will never shop there again. I spent between $ 5 - 6,000 in a few weeks time. One couch had a hole in it; a desk (which I waited 2 weeks for) looks like it had an acid spill where a cpu would sit; a dresser and mirror were dented; a kitchen chair was broken; two curios arrived with tape (put on by Pulaski Furniture) all over the doors and shelves which are impossible to remove; two cushion covers already need to be replaced, which were, by the way, scotch-guarded prior to delivery. Their motto shouldn't be "Your home, your way," but rather, "Your home, our way." Delivery people are so rushed to get in and out; they won't do anything without your asking them, and even then, they act like they are doing you a favor. This will all get resolved, more

Sood speaker stands 11/15/2011

I recently purchased two speaker stands. They have a \r larger footprint than what's popular today but because I had already purchased a pair of Polk Audio bookshelf speakers I needed something more substantial. They're well made for the price and to look at them you'd think the speaker and stand were made by the same manufacturer. The customer agent had to order them and as promised they arrived on time. I picked them up at their store and within minutes I had my stands. It was the simplest and smoothest purchase I've made in a very long time. I do alot of my shopping at R.C. Willey because of become accustomed to their excellent customer service knowledge base. It's a white glove treatment from start to finish. more

I just moved to vegas and I had to buy a new bedroom set and two coaches. I shopped around and felt most comfortable buying from RC Willey. They were respectfull and their store was clean and neat. I will be buying a TV from them soon too.\r Thanks! more

Couldn't care less about customer loyalty! 5/10/2011

Spent over $10,000 with this company between furniture and electronics. Paid off a $3000 television on time never missing a payment. During the 18 months same as cash period, my RC Willey credit card expired. Instead of them sending me an updated card, they let it run out. Went back in for another purchase ($1500) and was told I had to reapply. Credit was not approved. I explained what the credit situation was (due to a car accident, I was suing the other party and had attorney liens for dr. payments). They couldn't care less about customer loyalty! I left the store, went to Best Buy, found a better tv cheaper, paid cash and left! I will NEVER go back to RC Willey!!!! more

Furniture Dept Was Awesome. Home Electronics, Not Awesome. 1/6/2011

If you're looking to furnish your home with great stuff at good prices, then RC Willey is for you. Stay away from their home electronics department. They'll pound you for the Extended Warranty, overpriced cables ($100 for an HDMI cable that costs $4 at Amazon) and they wanted to charge us $900 to install a Plasma TV...just the TV, no speakers or stereo. more

Ordered a couch. Delivered in damaged condition. Returned. Ordered 2 recliners. Delivered, but made noise when used (both of them!), and some bolts soon fell out of the undercarriage of one of them. Returned.\r \r Bad experience. Twice. more

Great Service 9/3/2010

We moved here back in Mar and needed new living room furniture we looked everywhere and ended up at RC Willey right by the house (should have stopped there first and saved the time) We didn't have alot of budget to spend but found something that we like. Well 3 months later it looked like we had had it for 5yrs and I noticed that it was ripped in the seam on the loveseat. I called them and since I didn't get the fabric protection and it was past the time frame for returns but they would send the repair dept out to look at it. They came out and the outfit we got the company had gone out of business and that he would write it up as defective so we could exchange it. I went in and found something else and could afford something for more now. It was delivered and the love seat had a defect in the micro fiber and sagged to one side when ya sat on it they gladly got me a new one. I have always had excellent service when I have been in there and just purchased a new mattress there today. Will more

BAD SERVICE - EVEN WORSE MERCHANDISE 4/30/2010

I purchased a bedroom set over a month ago - still have only received partial delivery and they have no idea when the remainder will get here - in the meantime my child is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The first two dressers they delivered were totally damaged, the third one was ok. The salesman lied to me, so did the furniture manager. I was never told this was not in stock. I plan on returning the bits of the set I have received and getting my money back. I have never received such poor service and will NEVER set foot in that store again. more

My experience is with a bed it was delivered 2-3 times and was damaged so I said the next time I will go to the warehouse to check it out and that is what I did . I was told that if they get too many complaints from the customer they will not use that manufacturer any more No matter where you buy anything one needs to check it out . There was no issues with the mattresses. it is like everything else one needs to check it out , no matter where you purchase it I was a t Walkers tha is even worse. more

New House... NEW LIVING ROOM 12/17/2008

I looked at 19 stores in 2 weeks for new living room furniture. I started at RC Willy Clearance center on Craig Road and found a couple pit groups I really liked, however I wasn't sure what was wrong with them so I passed. I went everywhere looking for a pit group that was in my price range and NOT made of microfiber. I went to Lane, Lazyboy, Walker, and 15 other stores before I finally went to the RC Willy store at 215 and Towne Center. I thought I would check out their Clearance center, but instead found exactly what I was looking for on sale in their show room, and it was $500 under everything else I looked at so I got the 7 year fabric protection as well an area rug from their clearance area that was $700 off with no imperfections. I guess everyone else must have been afraid of the design because it was a cream n cocoa color in swirls with burgandy circular swirls. wonderful store 3/14/2006

I looked at several home furnishing stores in my mission to find a dining table for my new home. I didn't even see anything I liked until I went to RC Willey. They had the table that I had been looking for and they had 12 months no interest. Our salesman was very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. They are a little high on price, but they do have very good quality furniture. You get what you pay for, right? more

We went to RC Wiley's to buy a new washer and found the one we wanted for $839. We we prepared to pay this amount but our salesman said to check out their clearance center because he knew the same washer was there for a lot cheaper. We bought the same washer in their clearance center for $599 and it only had a little scratch on it. He saved us a lot of money. more

Cool store with cool stuff 7/29/2005

RC Willey has just about everything you need to fill an empty room. They have a wide selection of furniture and appliances, as well as the must-have electronics from digital cameras to wide screen TVs. The service is top quality. I bought a bunch of stuff there and a fridge and when it was delivered, the doors of the fridge were crooked. They took the broken one away and got me a different one. Other stores would just say that the crooked door is my problem but RC made it theirs and fixed it for me. more
