Mr. Creech was prompt and very professional. We have a dog and young children and he was very good in working around them. Mr. Creech also got the carpets very clean and was very knowledgeable about the carpets we currently own, and how the carpets needed be be treated. The carpets are 12 years old and looked brand new when Mr.Creech was finished . Mr. Creech was very reasonable in his pricing and the work he did was excellent. Thank you. We would use Complete Carpet Care again, because of Mr. Creech and his knowledge, work ethic and follow through, but most of all the excellent results.
