Being from out of town, I was very nervous about bringing my computer anywhere to be fixed. I usually have a local guy back in PA who takes good care of me. A good friend of mine here in Florida referred me. I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I really felt like they knew what they were doing. I was told it might take one to two days when I dropped off the laptop. They managed to get be backup in running in about 4 hours. If your from out of town, I highly recommend these people.
