Have been to the Hidden Bay many times and each time I'm more disappointed than the last. This morning when we arrived there were a few people on the deck and in side the restaurant. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for our food which seems completely excessive given the number of people. In addition, the coffee was like water and during the 1 1/2 wait, not once did anyone stop by to ask how we are doing or to tell us why the long wait. I feel when you are in the restaurant business you should think of it as ""hosting"" the people who come to spend money and time. Lastly, when you do wait for 1 1/2 hours for your breakfast, it would be helpful if it was hot. The pancake was cold, the toast cold but happily so was the fruit.
