I took my car to the dealer for repair (read my review of Desert Mini) and my car was in worse shape than when I took it in after paying them almost $1,000. I was not in the best of moods when I went to Kensington, but that would soon change. The technician had a good idea of my problem just from the verbal description (the dealership couldn't figure it out in three days), and I scheduled an appointment for the repair (had to wait on a couple of parts to come in).
