I was so excited when I found this grooming place close to home, but was extremely disapointed with their services. When I dropped my cat off, I offered to wait while they washed her. They told me there was no need to wait, because it might take an hour. They assured me that they would call me about 15 minutes before she was done being washed so that I could come back to pick her up. When I received the call, the employee told me that she was done being washed, and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, she had been sitting, shaking in a room by herself. She was still wet and when I brought her home, I realized she had urinated on herself because she had been scared and left alone for 20 or so minutes. When I called the owner and asked for a refund, she refused and said that the employee did nothing wrong. I felt like they lied to me and didn't care how upset I was. I would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If allowed, I would give zero stars!
