I will give this dentist a negative five stars if that is an option here.
I went in with good faith to fill a tooth and came out with NO cavity filled but lots of other services ?advised? when I was on the chair. (She refused to fix my cavity during the same appointment not due to lack of scheduled appointment time but because she claimed my cavity is not critical and it can only be done during the next appointment).
When I requested my records to be sent to my email, they not only did not respond to my requests but rather sent me an email reminding me that I am due for another appointment.
This dentist office is very responsive on getting the new patient form filled out but when it comes to patients getting their medical records, they seem to be completely the opposite. This dentist office will do everything to ignore patient's request for medical record; They wouldn't respond to my email until they were told by me that they will be reported to the AG?s office and small claim court if they keep ignoring a patient?s request for medical record.
The office proceeded to pretend they have sent the record release form to me but unable to provide the date and time they claimed they sent. (The office claimed they clean out their ?Sent? folder, therefore, they couldn?t tell me with the date and time they claimed they sent the record release form)
If you enjoy a dentist office ignoring your request for medical record, this is the dentist office for you!
