A friend of mine is getting married and made the mistake of choosing this dress shop for her gown and her bridesmaids'. In the time I have I had to interact with the employees at this store, I have experienced a great deal of stress. These people are very unprofessional. They are incapable of admitting their own mistakes and blame any issues on previous employees. When I explained an issue I was having over the phone, one of the employees actually laughed at me! Customer service means nothing to them, because they know that once you buy your bridal gown there, you won't have to use them for any other reason. If you have another choice, go to the other store first! Otherwise, you will be in tears when your gown shows up ruined with little time to spare.
