I enjoyed my facial with Karen; and as always enjoyed my deep tissue with Delonna. However, my day at the spa was ruined when Liz performed my Brazilian Wax. I believe this all happened because she put speed before safety. She stated that she needed to prepare the wax, which is why she was late, so I assume she turned the heat up to the max. but there wasn't enough time for it to cool when she actually performed the procedure. When she initially applied the wax, I told her it was too hot, but she applied it again, which was when the more serious burn occurred. She was indifferent and didn't even attempt to help cool the area. It will be a week tomorrow and I am still in pain and I am FURIOUS!!!!!!!!
