I'd used them years before, but was reluctant to do so again because their plumber turned the water back on without sealing off a water pipe he'd cut. The result, a waterfall from my second floor to my basement. To top this off, they were rude when I asked them to take an amount off my bill for the damage.
But, I was desperate & so called. The woman who answered the phone said nobody could come give an estimate for four days. When I asked about the emergency service they list on the website she simply repeated that nobody could come for four days - but this time in a rude tone of voice. So, they're off my list again.
