What a difference! Food wasn't quite as good as the south Austin location- but the service was really disappointing. actually embarrassing as I had bragged about the place before we went.
I'm sure that the fact that the AC had just been repaired entered into the staffs attitude....but they all kept telling us about it. We came to eat and enjoy each other's company - not to provide a therapudic outlet for the staff.
Then they swiched waitpersons on us because someone from another station had requested our waiter. Had we known that the waitress that had to fill in for him would neglect us the rest of the evening we would have left then.
It wasn't busy...but still took an hour and forty-five minutes to complete the slow motion disaster. We suggest take out if you must. Oh, yeah.....they told us that the manager was too busy to come over and talk to us.
