I've been going to Erica for more than 3 years - she's better than anyone I saw in NYC or Paris. I have very long hair and get full highlights which I like in the style of balayage... I want my hair to look natural, with the same kind of blond highlights I had as a child. Erica gives me the best color and cut - and I can always count on her to be honest, whether about a style or a product. At Elle Hair Spa, the customer always comes first. Erica (and the rest of the team) goes out of her way to accommodate me.
