I hate being landlocked! Mostly I miss the sea and its bounty....I have finally found my sea again...almost! The atmosphere of this place is fantastic, with all the aquariums and subdued lighting. I was greeted promptly and taken to a booth close to LOTS of tropical fish. The offerings on the menu will keep me coming back again and again, as there was simply so much choice, even with ONE fish, the variety of preparations were enough to make me go back and forth until at last I settled on Salmon with a creole sauce to make me want to slap my momma...well, I would never do that, but it was euphoric. The fish was hot and prepared just right and the sauce....OH the sauce! The sides were all very fresh and the wedge salad with Blue cheese dressing was the bomb! My server was prompt, knowledgeable (that's how I finally settled on the Creole sauce) and very polite. The comments from the rest of the table were just as good and the portions did not dissapoint. Bottom line, being away from Florida still hurts, but at least I can use this great restaurant as a crutch between visits home. Bon Appetit!
