I didn't like the experience I had. The office offers a three month period of fitting for contacts, assuring they will do what it takes to find the right fit. After less than half that time, during which errors were made and contradictory advice given, I was told it was time for me to, in essence, get happy with what I had in a rushed final fittting and move along.
This takes some skill but isn't brain surgery. I've never been unhappy with an optometrist before, and I'm happy with my new one.
BTW, as I read it, at least one of the positive reviews on this site is fake and planted by the provider.
