Couldn't wait to try the Milky Cafe. We had been waiting for a Kosher restaurant to open up in the area to be able to eat during our lunch hour. Disappointment does not even describe how bad it was. We went in and there were 3 other table seated with 1 waitress. We seated ourselves and quickly realized she hadn't taken any of the seated tables orders yet. After 20 minutes she finally got around to us and we were very clear with her that we were on our lunch hour and had to get back to work. She told us she would make sure they rushed our order out. The next thing we know 2 tables that had come in after us were served their food and the kitchen had somehow misplaced our order altogether. We sat in that restaurant for over 35 minutes before we started to press for our food. They kept telling us it was coming but nothing came. Meanwhile we could hear the kitchen staff singing Happy Birthday to someone.\r

15 minutes later (when we were ready to get up and leave) the waitress brought out 3 of the 4 order and one of them was completely wrong - not even what we ordered! When I said something to the waitress she started screaming at me "take it up with the kitchen - I'm just the waitress." And as the two people who did receive their food - one had a pizza which was BURNED and the other had a sandwich that had bread that was so hard she couldn't bite into it with her teeth. As if the wait wasn't bad enough, now we are treated terrible by the waitress, the food is wrong and inedible and the manager/owner couldn't care less. \r
