I thought the reveiws written would have been a good guide, but they did everything opposite. THEY DOUBLE-DIPPED in front of for my brazilian wax, even though they told they don't do that before entering the room. I had to tell the lady NO, when she said you have to pay extra for no double dipping where you buy your own can!!! Geez, what happended to basic sanitary service and why do I have to pay for that cleanliness. I felt this was morally and ethically wrong of them to charge me for something that should be my right. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! You should try YUVA on 35th Street, whose staff is much friendlier, polite, and who give you clean and sanitary service no matter what price you pay, as they do believe every customer deserves that!
