We have a rental property on Lake Travis and had renters in for the weekend when we had a problem with our well leaving them without water. I called Apex and spoke with Mike, even though he was booked for the day he understood our situation and was able to get one of his technicians to our house about 4 hours after the call.
His tech addressed the problem and had the water flowing for our renters that afternoon.
Great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
