We called 2 other companies for our plumbing problem and neither ever called back. John, your plumber not only called promptly but he was here and fixed our toilet and drain and done in less than an hour. Amazing how nice he was. He also mentioned an interesting maintenance program for our air conditioning and heating unit... but no pressure at all. I really liked John so I hope the good people at Korte keep him happy.
