I was seen an hour late. When I had been waiting 40 minutes, I asked if I would be seen soon, and was told they were just "wrapping up" the previous patient on the ZOOM system. I was not seen until 20 minutes later. I do not consider it sound business practice to over schedule, and feel anything in excess of a 15 minute wasit is unacceptable. Had I been able to have my money refunded, I would have left.
