Found our unit not working after a long weekend away. Total Appliance came out the same day and my technician fixed it on the spot. Had all parts with him and charged me less than I anticipated. He also was very helpful and answered some questions and offered advice on my GE dryer. And the office called me to follow up and make sure everything was working. Valuable service to have.
