We called and advised them of what could be wrong with our stove so that they could get the right parts prior to coming out. After an hour and a half wait of a two-hour window the repairman showed up. He was courteous and polite and walked into the house. I directed him to the stove and he turned on a burner and said the igniters were bad. I told him that I already know that and he informed me that it would be 18 dollars for the diagnostic! I said WHAT? I had already told his office the day before that had been the probably It was even typed on the work order. He then informed me that he would have to come back because he did not bring those parts. I asked him to please leave my home. He said that it would cost about 250+ to repair. To put in two new 30 dollar wires? I said no way and to please leave. He informed me that it would be 108 dollars for his visit and the diagnostic. I was livid!! I was robbed without this company using a gun. I paid but I will never use them again. They refused to give me my money back so I am filing a report with the better business bureau and calling the mayor of our city. I will probably contest my card payment. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. A good company would have said, ?Sorry for the misunderstanding, here is a refund.?
