I've never had my range oven go out, but instead of being anxious I found Famous Appliance in SLC, UT online, The office called me and told me the Tech was on his way. In 20 minutes he arrived and diagnoised the problem and within the hour he had my oven on and I was baking again. The technician was very professional, knew exactly what to look for, was very nice and friendly to work with. I really appreciated the fact that he had the part I needed in his van. If ever I have a problem with an appliance, I'll call Famous Appliance again.
