I like the Extera we purchased, it is an excellent car but we did not purchase it at Jeffery Nissan. I brought it there for convenience reasons. Thier service dept. is a joke. I had to do all the leg work for them to get warrenty info. They wouldn't call the dealer I bought it from, so I did it, gave it to them and everytime warrenty work needed to be done I had to get them the info. I will now find some other dealership to bring it to. These people are also not very good with the info they need to do their jobs. If I asked a question I was always (no b.s.) sent to someone else for answers, it got rediculous.\r Stay away far far away!!!! more
