Our experience with Dr. Horace Proctor at Rigsby Vet has been very positive. It is obvious that he loves animals and his job. He is very good at educating pet owners. He is very patient, compassionate and takes his time with the pet owner and is considerate about cost of care. He is easy to talk to and never in a rush. When we had to put our two beloved elderly cats, Kipes and Robin, to sleep, we could not have had a more caring vet. His office has always been clean. I highly recommend this vet.
