Made an appointment for a simple oil change. 1.5 hours later the car had not even been brought into the shop. I was told there were still 2 vehicles ahead of mine. When I asked what was the purpose of accepting appointments if they were not going to honor them. I was told by Mike the service adviser that appointments were just so they would now how many customers to expect that day???
