Bought a new car recently and regret my decision. The car was perfect but we traveled a long way to get an internet deal that I had spoken to the sales representative about. Well of course they didn't honor that because my trade in wasn't in perfect selling condition.. hello that's why we're trading it in! Crock of crap, don't give them your business unless you want good customer service to just be stabbed in the back. more

I wasted 90 minutes on what should have been an easy deal. Instead, the dealership backed off of a written offer. Be careful and don't waste your time.\r \r I worked with Linda Schrader online before coming into the dealership. She quoted me via email a price based on GMS, with additional discounts. We also discussed a specific number for a trade in, verified by the Black Book app on their site, which she confirmed she would stand by. We had a deal in writing and verbally. She wasn't working the night I could make it in, but assured me John Eichorn was aware of the deal and would take care of me.\r \r When I walked in, no one greeted me and when I asked for John, I was told where his office was and that he was ""around"". After waiting, I asked another employee to page him. I waited quite a bit longer only to have to see that he had returned to his office, not even bothering to seek out who paged him. He then quickly shoved me off on another salesperson.\r \r Once the vehicle was identified, we went back to the office to do the paperwork. This is where it all went south. They told me the GMS pricing was higher than Linda's quote. I agreed since she told me she was quoting below GMS. I showed the salesman and John the emails from Linda. They didn't care. John also undercut her trade in quote by 2k. At this point we now had a 4k difference from the original terms and no one cared. They didn't even care to contact Linda because it didn't matter what she told me, they weren't doing the deal.\r \r John didn't care that his employee put something in writing and he wouldn't back it up. So much for reputation. Barely an apology from him as I walked out the door having wasted a night.\r \r The next day after contacting the general manager, I received an email apology and an offer to honor the original quoted price. Too little, too late. more

Let me say that the first red flag was that I made an appointment to have my car serviced over the internet a week in advanced...There was no confirmation email so a day before my appointment I call them to confirm the appointment....The service rep tells me to bring my car in at 7am. more

Best Car Buying Experience 3/30/2011

I purchased a 2007 Tahoe in 2007, my salesperson, David was attentive and very informative. He worked hard to earn my business. After the sale I have continued to use Webers Service Dept. and can only rave about the exceptional quality of work and followup by my salesperson after service to make sure all my needs were addressed. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. more

Poor Customer Service 3/29/2011

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. 1.5 hours later the car had not even been brought into the shop. I was told there were still 2 vehicles ahead of mine. When I asked what was the purpose of accepting appointments if they were not going to honor them. I was told by Mike the service adviser that appointments were just so they would now how many customers to expect that day??? more

Terrible Sales Service 3/20/2010

Having just had a new baby I needed to buy a more family-friendly car. ( I was currently driving a convertible) I was interested in an Equinox with leather and a sunroof and wanted to test drive a 4 cylinder versus a 6 cylinder. The salesman told me that since it was a 'family' decision the company wants to only let me test drive when my husband was present! I laughed and told him this would not work for me, he complied half-heartedly and let me test-drive. The ONLY reason I didn't tell him that his behavior was highly offensive and sexist and walk out was because I was paying a babysitter to be home with newborn just so I could car shop. I would NEVER do business with this firm. I strongly feel if my husband had walked in and said the same thing this salesman would NEVER have required his wife to be present. I didn't have the heart to tell this guy that when I bought my last car, I walked into Plaza Motors, made a deal and wrote a personal check--all within an hour and all by MYSELF!!! --In addition, when I relayed this story to my mom she said her best friend had the exact same experience at Weber Chevrolet and did walk out. Previous Customer- Bought 3 Cars. Recently, went back to buy again- signed a purchase order on Sat (4pm) Gave Deposit. Agreed to return on Monday eve to discuss titling and formalize financing. Arrived Mon eve and found that car was sold earlier in the day. No calls,at any point Monday,at any of three contact phone numbers that were left. Filed complaint with BBB. Know your prices~ 9/3/2006

Recently, my husband and I went here to buy two vehicles. The salesman Jim was very helpful and after two hours of looking and making deals, we felt we had got a good price on a truck and a car. However, I think we were tired and after bringing them home and doing more research, we did get overpriced by quite a bit. We should have done more research and we will the next time. The salesman here do not mind talking, and they are very swift at what they do. Be prepared and know what the current prices of vehicles are before you come here. They do have a large selection, which makes it easy to find what you want. more

nice selection of cars 11/9/2005

This is a large dealership located in West County on Olive, so it's convenient if you are car shopping around. They have a really large selection of new cars and also a fairly decent amount of used cars. The salesman was pretty nice and helpful although we did not end up buying a car here. I do recommend shopping here though if you are in the market for a Chevy vehicle. However, know what a good deal is before you go so you come in educated. more

very poor customer service 6/27/2005

Some of my worst experiences with any auto dealership is with Weber Chevrolet. Though they may be very busy it seems as though the number one thing the service department has in mind is how much a repair is goiing to cost the customer. Then some of the service reps seem to have an attitude that they are very busy and if you want a repair then you need to make an appointment and be at the dealership by or before 7 am you are to take your car in. I have the feeling that even when they say they are going to fix your car asap i also have a feeling that they really dont care how long it takes them to repair the car. Sometimes I get the feeling that they want to you to think your car is taking longer for it to be fixed than it really is. PROS: CONS: concerned about money way more than the customer more
