on Sunday 3/20/11 we needed a plumber in the Cincinnati area very badly and didn,t want to take a day off of work for them to come. when I called they said no extra charges for Sunday and would be there in two hours. they came as promised and did a great efficient job. We have a contract with another company and I am considering canceling that contract and changing plumbing companies. I am very happy with the service and costs
