Everyone wants a new car but no one likes the process. However, Long made the process ""pain-free"". I told Long exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, he listened and I got exactly what I wanted.....Of all the salesman I dealt with, I believe that Long is the best. When it's time for me to upgrade, I look forward to buying my next car from here!!
