len creech with complete carpet care did the BEST job cleaning our 10 year old carpets. they now look completely new. he took great care in communicating our options with our old carpet, and spent great care in cleaning them. he is very professional and trustworthy. we left him in our house all day long to do his magic. i would recommend him to anyone and will definitely plan to use him again. his prices were very reasonable and our carpets look brand new. he knows what he is doing. he is the BEST!!!
