Miguel Polo, our carpet specialist, called to confirm the time which I appreciated and he arrived promptly. I was a first time customer and I really appreciated that he spent 30 minutes going over the product, the cleaning, the benefits and the cost. Other companies I've used in the past were just looking to get in and out as fast as they could. Our caprets look and smell great and we were able to move our furniture back right away. I like knowing that no harsh chemicals were used. Great product and excellent representative.
