This place is a little gem on the East side. It is the only business I drive beyond 82nd and well worth it. When a service light goes on, I don't have even the slightest bit of hesitation before calling to make an appointment. Every step of the way this place wins the lifetime service award in my book. Hands down, Dick Hannah exemplifies my ideal customer service experience:\r Call to make appt: FRIENDLY, accomodating, not rushed, feels like I am their most important call that day.\r Call to reschedule: FRIENDLY, understanding, accomodating, happy to keep me happy.\r Arrive: No waiting. ALWAYS drive directly in to be greeted by the person I am told will be assisting me on the phone. They are clean, professional, well-spoken and always seem to be in a pleasant mood. They are not pretentious or fake. \r The waiting/business area: Clean, airy, comfortable, quiet. Through the windows you can see either outisde or to the tech area, The furniture is well-arranged in different ways within the room so it feels private. No bright fluorescents. Every time I've been there, I get LOST in what I'm doing. It calms me instead of the usual 'climb the walls' can't-wait-to-get-out-of-here feeling I get in waiting areas. I could care less HOW long it takes to service my car. \r Service items are brought to me as they are found and presented like I know cars. I appreciate that it's not simplified like I don't just because I'm female. They are honest and realistic about repair timelines and prioritize them to help anticipate and plan. \r Exit: Easy to pay, no extra charges and a freshly cleaned car to get into.\r I thought I was loyal to lexus for life, but this place changed everything. \r Dick Hannah and Acura are the best for the car AND the service.
