The shop is beautiful and the ladies that work there are nice and friendly. The problem is Pam the owner is just down right nasty, and extremely rude, not only to the help but to her customers as well. There is a level of tension in there at times. Pam not only does not speak to her customers, but she has a hateful attitude and acts like you are putting her out just by coming in there. She may get off her ass to take your money but doesn't even say thank you for coming in. Ordering online is what most people do after going in there.
