We have only been going to Sorrento for a couple years now since our regular veterinarian retired. We have seen a few different doctors. For awhile we were in a lot due to our cats stomach issue which has now been resolved. Everyone has been really nice from the front to the back. We were just in again a couple weeks ago and once again we had a pleasant experience the staff in the front snapped a really cute picture of our dog and believe me he is hyper so that alone should warrant a star!
I think veterinarians are one of those things you should check out yourself before committing too. I have always felt our pets have been well taken care of at Sorrento and feel confident recommending our friends and neighbors to them although most of them already go there.
