Joyce and Mary at the front desk greet you into such a caring,personalized environment. They know your name, the names of ALL your pets, and the problems you are having. You feel like you belong here from the minute you step through the door. Dr. Head is a wealth of information! He is professional, yet kind and sincere. He explains everything that is wrong with your pet in great detail, giving you a chance to ask questions after each bit of information, as well as at the end of the visit, which enables you to ask questions you might otherwise forget by the end of the session. He has modules and posters, print-outs and hands-on visuals to accompany his explanations and makes sure that you are following the disease process or injury in-depth. The prices are explained to you BEFORE anything is done! I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian or staff. My animals are calm in his presence and he saved one of my babies from a death by parvo. I HIGHLY recommend this extraordinary vet and his wonderful staff!!
