WOW! Felecia was our so called wedding planner. We never heard from her and when we did it was three weeks before the wedding and she claimed she was busy with other brides, REALLY!!!! She was always rude and nasty on the phone as if she had no time for us or our questions. The day of our wedding she claimed that we had a $100 balance on our account....WHAT??????? I have a signed receipt from you, she tells me its for lights, what lights, we didnt have extra lights. She ended up getting an extra $100 from my mom the day of my wedding and we still have not gotten a receipt for it from her. I have filed a complaint with Melissa and still nothing from them. Both of them need to be FIRED for being thiefs and LAIRS!!!! Felecia stolen an extra $100 from my mom. We did not have any special lights added. I want my money Melissa or else I am going to take you to court. This is crazy, why is Felecia still there. McCall was amazing and always so helpful, we had to call McCall to get answers cause Felecia never called. REALLY?????
